In partnership with Blue Zones Project Palm Springs and Oswit Land Trust, the series blends the core principles of the Blue Zones Power 9®—natural movement, eating wisely, and creating a sense of belonging—with Oswit Land Trust’s mission to restore and protect the vital wildlife corridor of the Prescott Preserve.During this interactive workshop, participants will help plant and cultivate a native garden that supports local flora and fauna. Guided by conservation experts, you’ll learn practical ways to incorporate sustainable, desert-friendly gardening practices while contributing to the long-term health of our shared landscape.Participants will be provided with plants, soil, and gardening tools, and on the first day a complimentary Blue Zones Project water bottle and healthy snack. A hat, gardening gloves, and sunscreen is highly recommended. Turn into the Preserve through the gate into our parking area.Please do not park on the street or on church property.
