Organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs (ONE-PS) will host its 17th celebrating the residents, organizations and businesses of Palm Springs will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026. This is a great opportunity for your organization or business to connect with the
residents of Palm Springs. Last year the picnic had over 1,100 residents in attendance, and for 2026 we are expecting that many and more to join us again.
The 2026 ONE-PS Picnic & Community Expo will be at Ruth Hardy Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 21. The event is open to all 52 recognized neighborhoods, and all Palm Springs residents and their families interested in organizing their neighborhoods.
ONE-PS would like to invite you to participate in our 2026 Picnic and Community Expo by choosing to be an official sponsor. All sponsor booths at the Expo are provided with one 6-foot table, two chairs and two lunch tickets. You will need to bring your own table cover and materials. There are several tiers of sponsorship, but to receive maximum exposure and benefits we encourage sponsors to participate at the highest level possible.
• $1000 – Double-Platinum level includes your logo included on the ONE-PS website and Facebook page and 10 lunch tickets and recognition on stage at the picnic.
• $500 — Platinum Level Sponsorship includes your logo displayed on the ONE-PS website and Facebook page and six lunch tickets and recognition on stage at the picnic.
• $250 — Gold Level Sponsorship includes your logo displayed on the ONE-PS website and Facebook page and four lunch tickets.
• $100 — Silver Level Sponsorship includes having the name of your organization or business on the ONE-PS website and Facebook page and two lunch tickets.
• $50 – Business Sponsorship (no booth) includes name on media sites.
For 2026, we will be holding a contest for the neighborhood with the best booth reflecting the best representation of the neighborhood, its identity, projects and programs. First Place: $100; Second Place: $75.00 and Third Place: $50.00, and in addition, one Honorable Mention selection.
