Yoga Nidra for Nourishment

This special two-hour experience is led by Annie Okerlin – 500hr RYT who specializes in Yoga Nidra, founder of the Exalted Warrior Foundation, and a national leader in mindful resilience. Settle in, slow down, and allow yourself to be guided into deep rest.

Enjoy a gentle restorative yoga flow and full Yoga Nidra practice, a calming oil ritual with Conscious Coconut’s boosted Calm Oil, and a cozy, ambient setting on the Yoga Terrace at Salamander Spa. Sip healing herbal blends from local favorite TeBella Tea Company before and after practice.

All proceeds from this event support Feeding Tampa Bay. Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items, and additional donations can be made at checkout.

Bring your yoga mat, a pillow, cozy layers, blankets, and anything else that helps you settle into rest. Space is intentionally limited for a deeply restorative experience.

Annie Okerlin is a leader in therapeutic yoga and resilience practices with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has worked extensively with military communities, trauma-sensitive populations, and restorative practitioners seeking deeper rest.

Conscious Coconut is a local, women-owned wellness brand creating organic, fair-trade coconut-based rituals that nourish the body, mind, and community. Every product sold feeds a child in need through Feeding America’s food bank network.
