The Feeling Room is a group breath and sensory experience where there’s no one right way to show up. Come with something you want to explore, process, or move through. Come needing a place to exhale after a long week. Come wanting to feel deeply, or simply wanting to lie down, be cared for, and receive. You don’t need an intention, and you don’t need to know what you need before you arrive.

Through Introspective Breathwork®, music, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, and ASMR-inspired sensory experiences, I’ll create a space that allows you to follow what feels supportive in the moment. For some people, that may mean emotion, insight, or release. For others, it may mean deep rest, comfort, pleasure, or finally feeling like their nervous system can soften.

Everything is trauma-informed, consent-based, and invitational. You always have choice with how you participate and what you receive.

Yoga mats will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own. I also encourage you to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported, such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or journal. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
