Let’s kick off Spring Break the fun way!

Livin’ Salty Paddle Sports and I are hosting a Spring Break Paddle + Pilates Morning on Saturday, March 14th from 10:00–11:00 AM at Crystal Beach Park.

We’ll start with light paddling instruction (perfect for beginners!) and then move into a fun Pilates class right on the boards. After that, you’re welcome to paddle around and enjoy the water.

And no pressure — you absolutely don’t have to do the Pilates class. You can just paddle and enjoy the morning if that’s more your vibe!

$30 per board rental
$10 if you bring your own board
