Festivities Begin at 4 p.m.
Starting at 4:00 p.m., families are invited to enjoy a full lineup of pre-parade activities throughout Central Park, including:
17 food trucks offering a variety of favorites
Live entertainment
4:00 p.m. – Live Band Soulfire
4:50 p.m. – The Dance Method
4:55 p.m. – FPC Step Up Group
5:10 p.m. – Soulfire returns until 6 p.m.
Pictures with Santa in Santa’s Village from 4–5 p.m.
Holiday photo booths, including a festive ornament display
Parks & Recreation Welcome Tent featuring Letters to Santa and Grinch Games

While you’re at Central Park, take time to stroll through the 20th Annual Fantasy Lights display hosted by the Rotary Club of Flagler County. The display runs nightly through December 30 from 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Parade Starts at 6 p.m.
This year’s Starlight Parade features 68 event entries. The parade begins promptly at 6:00 p.m., traveling from the Central Avenue roundabout and continuing through Park Street, Lake Avenue, City Place, and ending on Bulldog Drive to disembark at Flagler Palm Coast High School.
Notable parade participants include:
Grand Marshal Pastor Charlie Silano, Grace Community Food Pantry
Mayor Mike Norris, Vice Mayor Theresa Pontieri, and Council Members Ty Miller, Charles Gambaro, and David Sullivan
Parade sponsor Palm Coast Ford, providing six vehicles for City leadership and the Grand Marshal
City floats, including Utility and Stormwater displays
Parade judging will take place at 4:30 p.m., and roads along the route will close at 5:15 p.m. for the safety of all attendees and participants.

Parking Information
Parking is available in multiple areas surrounding Central Park. Accessible parking is available on Central Avenue near the restroom building.

Behind the Chiumento building
A portion of Lake Avenue
Overflow Parking:
Additional parking in the grassy area next to City Hall (assistance by City staff)
Overflow parking at Flagler Palm Coast High School (FPC)
Safety First
The City of Palm Coast is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office will be on-site to assist with traffic control and public safety.
Families attending the parade are reminded to:
Use sidewalks whenever available
Hold hands with small children and keep them close, especially near roadways
Stay behind all barricades and off the parade route
Watch for moving vehicles and floats at all times
