• Our Purpose, Self Care for the soul To create a compassionate circle where caregivers feel seen, heard, and uplifted. You don't have to carry it all alone - this is your space to recharge and rediscover your inner strength.
Self-Each gathering includes gentle grounding or relaxation exercises, open conversations, and encouragement to practice small daily acts of self-kindness.
