(Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development) an exclusive leadership program offered by the Palm Coast-Flagler Chamber of Commerce, designed to empower professionals in Flagler County to become influential business leaders and community changemakers. The program focuses on developing leadership skills, cultivating business expertise, and building strong community connections through professional advancement.
