Join Mandala Garden Farms led by Briana in the front Goat Paddock for 45 minutes of Yoga while goats explore all around and possibly on you followed by 15 minutes of picture taking opportunities?


This is a beginner’s level practice .  NO experience is necessary . This practice is the Saturday after Thanksgiving and will include many detoxing twists. (Twisting is not recommended for anyone who’s pregnant ) This class is non assisted meaning if you need to rest on your mat and just sit and be happy that’s 100% acceptable ???
During picture time if you’d like to get into more experienced poses while Briana is there to assist with the goats you will be more than welcome to do so. We keep the class at beginner level for the safety of all partcipating including the goats if they are trying to lean or jump on you during that time. 

The most important part of Goat Yoga is allowing the goats  to calm your nerves and to make you feel that life is never that serious ????‍♀️

We may also be joined by some of the poultry on the farm if they decide they want to visit during that time. 

Please make sure to bring a water with a lid so you don’t loose all your water when the animals knock it over, a yoga mat that you don’t really care about and an open mind.  Do not dress to impress if you care about those items of clothing. 

We recommend tying your hair up and away so the goats don’t give you a complimentary hair trim.  Jewelry is also not recommended because farm animals love to eat anything dangling and shiny.  

Please arrive no earlier than 9:00am to sign your   Agritourism waiver . 
Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 
If you have very young children please know that we also offer children’s yoga as well if you think they are to young for this event .  I’ll leave the decision making up to you. 
$30 cash per person 
CASH ONLY
All proceeds ?%go towards the animals food and housing. 


This is an outdoor event and no sinks or bathrooms are available so please plan ahead if possible .
