Join award-winning artist, Jeanne Martin, to learn how to paint rain barrels, which are a fundamental base to reclaiming water in our home gardens. The artist will teach us how to paint nature – and then how to apply that to rain barrels. Learn about water conservation and the restorative impact it has on our communities. City of West Palm Beach water customers will be given a rain barrel to take home for their landscape. The program will begin at 9 a.m. and will end at 12 p.m.

About the artist: Jeanne Martin is an award-winning artist, illustrator, and designer. You can see her sketches in the 2024 Fall issue of Arts & Culture Magazine. The Cultural Council selected Jeanne as the featured artist for their 2025 MOSIAC campaign. She was a marketing creative for The Palm Beach Post and the Armory Art Center. She currently freelances from her home studio in West Palm Beach. 

Entry fee is required at Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. Financial assistance may be available.

Members: Free
Adult $15
Senior: $10
Child/Student: $7
Military: including active duty, reserves, national guard, and veterans receive 20% off daily admission with valid ID

Please note that the Office of Sustainability offers additional rain barrel giveaways throughout the year that do not require an admission fee. Our next giveaway will be on April 11, and registration will be posted to wpb.org/savewater soon!

This program is currently only open to City of West Palm Beach water customers. If you are not a City of West Palm Beach water customer, you can still complete the registration form to join the waitlist. If space is available, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, rain barrels are only available for City of West Palm Beach water customers.
