We begin with spacious arrival and gathering time so you can land, stretch, breathe, and gently transition out of your day.
The moment you put the headphones on 🎧, the outside world softens and your body starts to settle.
From there, you’ll be guided through:
🧘 A grounding, intention-setting meditation
💃 A facilitated somatic dance journey led by Carolina Panoff
🎶 Music that builds from gentle to expressive, inviting release, joy, and aliveness
🤝 Open dance + connection time, where community forms naturally
