We’ll begin with a guided nature paddle along the scenic Turkey Creek—one of Palm Bay’s hidden gems. Along the way, enjoy a playful nature-themed scavenger hunt to help you tune into the beauty and wonder of the environment around you.

Once we reach a calm, open space on the water, we’ll flow through a 45-minute SUP Yoga session designed to connect body and breath while embracing the gentle movement of the water beneath you. We'll close with a 15-minute present moment meditation—a floating pause to soak in the sunrise, the sounds of nature, and your own stillness.

To seal the morning, we’ll come back to shore and enjoy refreshing, satiating snacks and drinks to replenish and connect with one another in the community.
