Prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure with five delectable courses prepared by Carboy Winery's Executive Chef, Scott Hybbeneth. Perfectly paired with both unreleased and library vintages of Carboy's best wines out of the Grand Valley, guests will experience the best food, beverage and hospitality available in Palisade!
