Uplift Communities mission is to harness the strength of the rural communities by addressing the barriers/access to services, by creating collaboration with the faith communities providing support, education and training, and highlighting local resources to serve individuals with mental health and substance misuse needs and reducing stigma.

Why Attend?
Uplift Communities is designed to support churches and faith communities in helping people struggling with Mental Health & Substance Misuse.

Who should attend?
Pastors, lay leaders, youth leaders, Sunday School teachers, women's/men's ministries.

What to expect:
Local resources, Presentations on Mental Health and Recovery and lunch.
