- **Event Description**: The Acoustic Circle, a Palatka based Facebook group, (area musicians), is hosting The Songwriter Showcase  at the Scarlett Hill Theater in the Larimer, 216 Reid St, Palatka, FL 32177. Four concerts are scheduled; the first Sunday in March, June, September and December from 3-6pm, (doors open at 2pm). Each features three area songwriters "in the round", a traditional story telling, song singing format which creates an intimacy with the audience. Intermission, a meet & greet with the artists and refreshments, proceeds of and $4.50 of your ticket and a 50-50 drawing supports the Art Alliance of Putnam,  a 501c3.

    The first in the series,  "Ladies of Song" on March 1st is proud to have Chris Kastle,  Lori Baxter and Alex Richman.  "Blues Brothers", Bill Ricci,  Denny Blue and Franc Robert play in June. "Rock Writers" is looking for one more writer but "Folk Duos"  Linda Crider & Lee Pinkerson, Bear & Robert and Bob

Peterson & Carol Kramer complete the year in December.
