Let’s connect with our body and our breath with some relaxing yoga, followed by new moon bathing with guided meditation. 

These sessions are friendly and fun and perfect for beginners, and/or someone looking for a more mindful approach to their practice.


We meet on the beach by Batis tram stop. Walk on to the beach to the right side of the stage which is on the concrete platform next to tram stop (the right side as you are looking at the sea) You'll find me by the lifeguard stand, close to the water. 
The google map link will be sent to you when you book. 



Please bring your own towel or blanket to practice on, some water and appropriate clothing for a beach session.
