?‍♀️ Gentle yoga sessions on the beach. 
To help you to relax and reduce physical tension in your body

Create more self awareness, and healing through the mindfulness aspect of a slower practice.

✨Increase mobility & flexibility for healthier joints, better posture and less stiffness.


Please bring water, a towel/blanket to practice on**
Sun cream if you have skin like mine! ? ☀️
Swim suit/towel if you fancy a cold plunge after 

** March/April - If sand is cool or damp a thick mat may be better.


We meet now on Edem beach by the trees to the right of Edem Cafe. (Edem Tram Stop) 
Walk for around 50-100m away from the cafe with the sea on your left. 
I'm usually under the tress and have a pink yoga mat and yellow bag with me so I'm more visible.
