This teacher training in Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga specializes in Rocket® Vinyasa sequences is designed to provide an accessible experience in Ashtanga asana and philosophy. Created by Larry Schultz with the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system as a base, these systems have deep similarities and obvious differences, and by combination of both practices students have a real opportunity to deepen their understanding of themselves

We will cover the sequences of Rocket I, Rocket II and Rocket III. These series were developed for practitioners to have access to the advanced positions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th series Ashtanga Yoga. The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student's ability to meet the positions of the series through the valuable strengthening techniques and drills offered by David's teachings.
The practitioner will receive a 50-hour certificate. These hours can be used in the Yoga Alliance continuous training towards 500 hours of the "Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Professional Development Program"

REQUIREMENTS (for Certification)
* Title 200 hours or that can demonstrate a minimum experience
*1 year teaching experience
* You also need to have practiced Rocket Yoga and / or Ashtanga Yoga from a local mentor (when not available please specify)

*The training will be taught in English
