- **Event Description**: Join us at Crystal Heart Yoga (CHY) in Corning, NY, for a restful and transcendent evening featuring restorative yoga led by Becca Howe, RYT-200, a mini acupuncture and reiki treatment by Dr. Megan O’Keefe, L.Ac of O’Keefe Holistic Health in Montour Falls, and sound healing by Elizabeth Moses, CYT-500+. We will conclude our session with a brief meditation, a piece of dark chocolate, and chamomile lavender tea to send you off to sleep upon arriving home. 

Our session will also include the option for each participant to pull an oracle card, as well as aromatherapy featuring essential oil sprays, ethically sourced sage, and palo santo to promote calming and relaxation. Additionally, we will build an altar for our evening together.

Please eat one to two hours before the session, and wear comfortable clothing to rest in. 

The only thing you need to bring is yourself, as yoga mats and props will be provided. However, we encourage you to bring a journal and pen if you wish to journal any thoughts that download during the session, as well as something small and meaningful from home, such as your favorite crystal, mala beads, a seashell or a rock from your favorite place or travels, a photo of someone you love, or a small gift from a loved one to add to our altar for the evening.   

Session is $65 for CHY members and $70 for non-members. Class passes cannot be used. Space is limited. Registration is required; no walk-ins. 

Reserve your spot and pay ahead of time within the CHY app under "Events" or online at crystalheartyoga.com under “Book a Class”. 

Each attendee must sign a consent form and consult a physician before the session for any health concerns. 

No experience with yoga, acupuncture, or Reiki is required.
