Join Michelle Gonzalez and Erin Hill for a mini day retreat to usher in Spring!
This experience will include: therapeutic movement/gentle yoga, shamanic journey and shamanic movement, group reiki or emotion code, and community connection craft.

To welcome Spring, we will connect with the elements of air and sound, with each participant creating their very own wind chimes to carry their dreams and intentions through the new year.🙌🪶🌱🌞😃
