POP UP Mindful Strength & Stretch Classes!

**STARING IN APRIL 2025** NEW LOCATION: 1 Victoria Place, Suite #140, Painesville: Fairport Dance Academy**

Join Brenda Swain for an energizing and invigorating hour of movement. This class uses hand weights, stretch bands and other props to improve muscle strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. Modifications for all movements are offered, so get moving with us!
