Through simple guided sequences, you’ll gently retrain your nervous system to soften, helping to ease pain, process emotions, and create a deeper sense of spaciousness in both body and mind.

This is an opportunity to soften the habits that drain your energy and reconnect with the quiet intelligence that’s been waiting beneath them.

Alongside the movement, you’ll be held in yoga nidra, breath, sound, and deeply restorative rest — giving your entire system the chance to integrate, settle, and renew.
