Kids are highly encouraged to wear kilts but not required.Decisions made by the judges and athletic directors are final. A judge or athletic director has the ability to disqualify any competitor if necessary. A copy of the rules will be available on site. Athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude towards the judges, staff and other participants. All rules are subject to change without notice by the athletic director.This is a first come, first serve process.
