Over the past 14 years, I’ve transformed raw jungle into a highly productive homestead. Now, I’m opening it up to share insights, techniques, and over 100 cultivars of edible and useful plants that thrive in Hawai‘i—including the top fruits, vegetables, roots, spices, tea plants, culinary herbs, insectaries, and medicinals.
