Meal Planning Class

Ana Smith with SoCo Mountain Food Services will guide us through healthy meal planning while we manage our weekly chaos. The class will make three dishes for you and/or your family to enjoy throughout the week, and you will leave with knowledge of how to prepare and plan meals for your busy schedule.
