Editorial Guidelines:

At AllEvents, we adhere to the highest writing standards. Our top priority will always be to provide our valued readers with the best quality content that enhances their knowledge of the respective product, service, or subject.

That said, we ask that you strictly follow the guidelines outlined below:

Topics:

  • Topics should not have been covered in previous posts.
  • Topics should relate to our services and products only.

Blog Title:

  • Should be catchy, quirky, and concise.
  • Length should be between 50-60 characters.
  • Add numbers to increase CTR. (E.g. 10 Tips, 13 Best Software, 11 Mistakes to avoid)
  • Try to include the primary keyword. However, it is not compulsory.

Blog Content:

  • Minimum 2000 words.
  • Write a compelling introduction of 70-80 words. It should not go beyond that. Wrap up the introduction with a transition sentence.
  • Post must be insightful with novel ideas and specific tactics/takeaways, not generic advice.
  • Add at least 3 FAQs relevant to the primary keyword of the blog topic
  • Follow layman language and active voice.
  • Posts should be professional but not full of jargon or hard-to-understand language.
  • Post must reflect the AllEvents writing style/tone.
  • Proper attribution of data, quotations, and outside content referenced in the article. 
  • Note: All data should have originated within the last two years.
  • Post must be completely original and written/owned by the submitting author.

Keywords:

  • The primary keyword density should be between 1-2%.
  • Each secondary keyword must be used at least 1-2 times.
  • The keywords should be scattered throughout the blog rather than being stuffed into specific sections or paragraphs.

Links:

  • At least three external links to relevant, high-quality resources. (The website should have at least 1 million traffic, a spam score of less than 2, and 25+ domain authority– DA).
  • We will not give you backlinks on exact match anchor text; instead, we will give you backlinks on long-tail keywords / LSI.

Images:

  • Include high-quality, relevant, and royalty-free images placed evenly throughout the content. 
  • We expect at least one image for every 300 words.
  • Also, add an image source for each image.
  • Add Alt text for every image.
  • All the visuals must be sent to us in a ZIP file along with the piece.

Formatting:

  • Ideal posts are 2,000-3,500 words in length.
  • Choose Calibri or Nunito 12-size fonts.
  • Paragraphs should be no more than 4-5 sentences.
  • Headings, paragraphs, and spacing should all be consistent throughout the blog.
  • Include bolded subheadings before every section.
  • Add bulleted lists to break up long text.
  • Use spell check and tools like Grammarly and Quetext to make sure your post is clean of obvious errors as well as plagiarism-free.
  • Use catchy but informative headlines.
  • Include a conclusion.
