We start the ad campaigns and monitor them regularly to optimize them for the best possible outcome.

We work as an extended team with your team. We schedule an onboarding call with you once the payment is made, where we understand your event, your target audience, and your objectives. Based on that, our team comes up with highly relevant ad graphics & messaging and target your potential customers to get the maximum ROI on your investment.

Whichever plan you purchase, we spend 60% of the plan amount on your ad campaigns; $60 in the Lite plan and $150 in the Advanced plan. In case you go with custom plans and a higher budget, we may revise this to allocate more than 60% of the amount to your ads.

In the case of Lite or Advanced Plan, the ad budgets are enough to run for a maximum of 30 days duration. However, suppose your event ticket sale is ending before that; in such a case, per day budget will be increased to get better visibility in the available time frame. And if your event ticket sale is ending after 30 days, either we can start the campaign just before 30 days, or we can start early, and you can add extra budget to continue the campaign beyond 30 days.

Once your ads are up and running, we will regularly monitor the campaigns and optimize them whenever necessary. Also, we will be sharing the update with you weekly. In the case of lead generation campaigns, we will be sharing the leads daily so your team can follow up with them.

No. It's okay if you don't have your event page on AllEvents.in. You can create that later on after our onboarding call. In case you are planning to set up your event page somewhere else, that'll also work.

In case you have a marketing budget of more than $250 and looking for a plan that is relevant to your event and your audience, we provide a customized offering that consists of anything and everything you need to make your event a success.

We don't guarantee the number of ticket sale. Ticket sale is highly dependent on the event location, date & time, theme, topic and many other external factors which may not be in our control. We help you get increased visibility in front of your target audience cost-effectively.

We design the campaigns for a single event. So the plan that you will purchase will include the campaign designing for only one event. In case you want to promote multiple events with multiple campaigns, you may buy plans multiple times or connect with us to get a customized plan as per your requirements.

If you wish to continue the campaign beyond 30 days, you can make another payment for the additional budget required. In this case, we will be allocating 90% of the amount paid in your ad budget. So if you make the payment of an additional $100 to continue the campaign, we will spend $90 on your campaign.

Once you make the payment, you will be asked to pick a convenient time to schedule an onboarding call with one of our event marketing professionals.

Yes, you can cancel at any time and ask for a full refund. However, please note that the full refund is only applicable if you request before we start ad designing. Once the ad designing is done, you can get up to 60% of the plan amount as a refund after deducting the amount spent on the ads.
