Celebrate the arrival of spring aboard Steam Incorporated’s Spring Fling Express, a special return rail journey from the Kāpiti Coast and Manawatū to Waipukurau for the opening weekend of Central Hawke’s Bay’s much-loved Spring Fling festivities. Travel behind heritage diesel locomotive Da 1410 through the spectacular Manawatū Gorge and some of the North Island’s most picturesque countryside aboard our beautifully restored heritage train.
