A one-day workshop to help you vocalise with more confidence, power, joy and expression.

This is an opportunity to explore your voice in a safe, playful and supportive environment, and discover the many possibilities of your natural vocal expression.

✨ WHO IS THIS FOR?

This day is for anyone who wants to explore the full range of their vocal expression.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is for ages 18 years and older only. 

There is a voice in each of us - containing all the voices of the world: of beauty and of beast, of man and of woman.

Together we will explore the infinite range of vocal possibilities, from the most delicate sigh to the wildest roar, helping you expand the range, colour and freedom of your voice.

?️ WHAT WILL I LEARN?

During this workshop you will:

• Explore and enhance the resonance, pitch and timbre of your voice
• Be introduced to breathing techniques and discover ways to generate vocal energy with ease
• Work specifically with vowels and consonants to enhance clarity and articulation in both speaking and singing
• Explore the expressive possibilities of your voice in a safe and supportive environment

? FACILITATOR — BERT VAN DIJK

Bert van Dijk is an internationally renowned theatre director, performer, conductor, and voice & acting coach.

His voice work integrates the unique Roy Hart approach of the Extended Voice with the embodied principles of the Michael Chekhov technique.

Bert is known for the creative and inspiring way in which he brings out the voice of people.
