This 4-hour camp is designed to help kids explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, and body awareness through fun, age-appropriate activities — including a guided sound journey experience with singing bowls — a unique chance for kids to feel the power of sound and vibration as a tool for relaxation and focus.

??‍♀️No prior yoga experience is needed. Kids will leave with practical tools they can use anytime — at school, at home, or wherever they need a moment to feel calm, confident, and grounded.

Meet Your Guides:

? Amy Maggard Harper is a licensed therapist who brings a warm, playful approach to mindfulness and movement. She loves helping kids discover their own inner strength — and have a blast while doing it.

? Ivey Hanson Butler is the owner of True North Yoga and is passionate about making yoga accessible and fun for all ages. She believes every kid deserves tools to feel safe and strong in their own body.

? Open to ages 7-14. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes you can move in — we'll provide everything else!
