Please join us from 6.30pm on FRIDAY 28 August
Location: Ignite Studio 2/11 Arab Rd, Padstow
Door will be open from 6.15pm, please allow enough time to find parking and settle in. 

What to expect at the session: Facilitated by Ivy (qualified sound healing practitioner)

We will start the journey with guided mindfulness meditation and conscious breathing techniques that allow you to reconnect with your breath and body and calm your nervous system and prepare for the sound journey.
Ivy will then create a sequence of vibrational sound frequency from various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flutes and other therapeutic instruments. As you listen to the sounds, your body feels relaxes, your mind lets go of thoughts and help you to enter into a deep state of calm and inner peace ,while the vibrations of sacred sound travel and surrounding the space, make you feel and sense like being wrapped in a cocoon of healing and soothing vibrations, helps you to enter a meditative state, and feel calm, relaxed, grounded and focused. Supporting your body and mind get into state of flow and ease.

Please bring comfortable mat to lay on or a cushion / a portable reclining chair, water, warm blanket and anything else (e.g. pillow, eye mask) for your extra comfort.


❌While sound healing is generally considered safe for all ages. Please be advised sound therapy is Not recommended for first trimester of pregnancy and people who live with sound induced epilepsy.
People who have pacemaker and metal implants should consult your health professions and advise sound therapist prior the session.
