Workshop: Yoga Is for Beginners

Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This workshop is designed for beginners. No pretzel poses here — and no, you definitely don’t have to touch your toes. We’ll move slowly, learn simple postures, and cover the true basics in a way that feels comfortable, welcoming, and easy to follow.

You’ll get guidance on how to use props, how to breathe with ease, and how to move in a way that feels gentle. Wear anything you can stretch in, and feel free to ask questions at any point — this is truly a no-pressure space to explore and learn.

Come as you are. Yoga really is for beginners.
