Saturday - 10am open gym to soft close at 6 for dinner $ social activities -at landing hub Sunday - 10 am to no set end time. (usually 5pm ish) Meal is not mandatory, gym is still available but will be locked ~~~~~~~~~ Thesis ~~~~~~~~~ The Midwest is a big place with many amazing people. I want to Jam with everyone at once! ~~~~~~~~~ The goal ~~~~~~~~~ - Networking & skill share with as few barriers to entry as possible that fosters a welcoming and inclusive community. Let's all up level together! - There will not be any organized classes. But the event is open to impromptu teaching sessions to be announced to the group to allow easier flow of information. - If any individual feels gracious enough to share information, they may do so ~~~~~~~~~ Cost ~~~~~~~~~ Donation We have no intention to make a profit we want it to be as affordable as possible! Food Donations: suggested $5-10 a meal (can give more if want to help cover some of our time cooking, running, and organizing for the event) General donations: To help us with travel costs Facility donation: Suggested $15-20 per day ~ All facility donations go to the facility in full. All Donations & housing send to Tim Venmo - @Timothy-Furman - Icon is a squirrel (say EXACTLY what amount is for please!! If giving cash message him exactly what for & total amount) ~~~~~~~~~ Group housing ~~~~~~~~~ ~ Rate: there is an initial deposit rate to provide to Tim and any difference will be requested after the event split weighted total cost. (This second fee is because people will get added and dropped up until the start of the event and it is very hard to plan) (General housing at group rate Friday 3pm-Sunday 10am let us know if you need housing Thurs night or Sun night) ~ Location: Landing Hub hotels in Pacific, MO (multiple kitchens, pool, ping pong, pool table, bonfires, group dinner & other social activities here) ~ Group housing aka many people in one room with many beds $60 to reserve ~ Captured room aka shared bathroom & walking through group room, but with a door and queen bed $120 to reserve ~ Private room aka private bathroom & queen bed $300 to reserve - LET TIM KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU NEED HOUSING ~~~~~~~~~ Facility ~~~~~~~~~ Show-Me Acro ~ 40-minute drive outside of St. Louis (plan accordingly) Access - - Outside the facility's normal run time ~ Full access to the space ~ 2 sprung floors ~ Trampoline ~ 4 sets of lines - During normal running hours ~ Reserved back room with lines ~ Within reason we can share what is not being used - sign waiver!!
