- **Event Description**: In honor of Father’s Day, join us for a heartfelt exploration of what it means to father ourselves.

Many of us have experienced the ache that comes from fathers, mentors, leaders, institutions, or systems that were unable to provide what we needed. Others may recognize a tendency to look outside ourselves for answers, approval, certainty, or direction.

What if these aches are not problems to be solved, but invitations to reclaim something essential?

Through storytelling, reflection, discussion, guided exercises, and creative exploration, we will examine the ways we have entrusted our power to others and how we can begin reclaiming our own inner authority, wisdom, and capacity to thrive.

Together, we will explore:

• The wisdom hidden within our ache 

• The many ways we give away our power 

• What it means to cultivate healthy inner authority 

• How personal healing contributes to collective and planetary healing 

• Practical ways to move from ache into aligned action

This workshop is for anyone navigating loss, transition, uncertainty, burnout, grief, disillusionment, or a longing to live with greater purpose and authenticity.

Please bring:
• A journal or sketchbook 

• Something to write with 

• Optional colored pencils, markers, crayons, watercolor pencils, or other creative materials


If you enjoy visual expression, feel free to bring a larger sketchpad and colorful materials. Some of our reflections may invite writing, drawing, mapping, doodling, or creative exploration.

No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to listen to what your inner wisdom may be trying to tell you.

Your ache may be carrying a message. Let’s discover what it has to teach us.
