5 week Lamaze Prepared Childbirth Series: Class designed to educate parents about the basics of birth process including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, with a focus on Lamaze healthy birth processes and breathing. Options for pain relief will be reviewed and information regarding different interventions will be discussed. Tour of birthing unit is included. Class meets five weeks in a row, date listed is first day of class and will occur weekly at the same time and day of the week . Wear comfortable pants, bring two pillows and a sleeping bag or comforter for floor exercises.
