Women's Self Defense Workshop
WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP AT REFUGE MARTIAL ARTS OZARK. March 7th from 2:00 p.m. till 3:30 p.m. we will be hosting a women's self-defense class/workshop for adult and teens for anyone interested. This will be a Hands-On class led by instructors Nikita Boling, Heather Rice and Chief Instructor Chad Hamm. Call 334-805-3202 to sign up.
