Fire Cider at Finley Farms

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal tonic that has been used for generations to support digestion, immune function, and respiratory wellness. It is made by infusing apple cider vinegar and honey with warming vegetables and herbs like garlic, onions, ginger, peppers, turmeric, horseradish, and citrus.

Join resident farmer and herbalist Liesel McCleary as she shares the history of Fire Cider, explains the medicinal benefits of each ingredient, and guides you in creating your own unique blend. Every participant will make a personalized batch to take home, just in time for the winter cold and flu season.

All materials are included, and herbal tea will be served.
