Beef Meeting (multicounty)

Cooperative Extension Service agents from Franklin, Newton Johnson and Sebastian counties will host a free, half-day meeting for beef producers on Feb. 26, 2026, at the Franklin County Extension Office, 300 B Airport Rd, in Ozark, Arkansas.

Topics and speakers include:

* Parasites & Parasite Management — Ethan Parker, Franklin County agent
* Bull Selection — Adam Willis, Newton County agent
* Rebuilding Your Herd — Jesse Taylor, Johnson County agent
* Stocking Rates for Forage — Brent Clark, Sebastian County agent

Registration begins at 8:30 am., and the meeting will run 9 a.m.-Noon. The event is free and includes lunch. Pre-register for lunch by Feb. 20 by contacting the Franklin County Extension Office: Call 479-667-3720 or text 479-209-2418.
