There, the vocal group’s perfect blend of sweet Philly soul and socially conscious lyrics made them legends, thanks to unforgettable hits like “Back Stabbers,” “Love Train,” “For The Love Of Money,” “I Love Music” and “Use Ta Be My Girl.” As proud inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, The O’Jays continued to record and tour well into the 2010s, led by original members Eddie Levert and Walter Williams.
