Join us for The Tierra Sur Experimental Dinner, a rare opportunity to step inside Tierra Sur’s creative process.

This intimate, seven-course dining experience invites guests to taste potential new dishes under consideration for the restaurant menu and offer direct feedback that will help determine their final form—or whether they appear on the menu at all. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wine, with select courses featuring multiple pairings so guests can weigh in on what works best in the glass.

This is not a traditional tasting menu—it’s a collaborative, behind-the-scenes experience designed for curious diners who want to engage with the evolution of the cuisine.
