The Tierra Sur culinary team has created a luxurious winter menu designed to showcase depth, texture, and elegance — each course paired with wines worthy of our Premier members. From vibrant seasonal produce to deeply layered red blends, this dinner is crafted to delight from the first bite to the last pour.
