Join us at lululemon, The Collection at Riverpark, for a barre class hosted by barre3 Ventura!

In this Barre3 Signature 45 minute class, we will workout full body while staying low impact and safe. Focusing on strength, cardio and mindfulness in this efficient and effective workout. Workout can be done barefoot or with grippy socks (preferred)
