Harriet's baked good and beverages (coffee, water) will be provided, but not meals. An EVEN BETTER continental breakfast is provided for those staying at the hotel. A group will definitely go out to dinner together and all are invited.
Our Cropping Room is in the Jr. Ballroom on the main floor and 2 Bell Carts are provided for us to use.

Sleeping rooms in your room block are $179 for a Studio king room with a sofa bed $239 for a Penthouse with two queen beds and a sofa bed.

The sleeping suites are a little bit different than we are used to, so you will need to determine whether a KIng Studio Suite or a Penthouse Suite (Outside and Inside Stairs) is better for you. Some of you said that the pull out couch was a good sleeping option and others said that it was hard and had springs, keep this in mind as you book your room. The Cottages are Separate Independent Buildings apart from the Event Rooms. There are multiple pools and jacuzzis available. This area is brightly lit and there is a security guard. The hotel is located in a high-end neighborhood adjacent to the Golf Course.
