YMHFA training is for anyone who works with or supports young people aged 8-18. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory.Facilitator | Sharon LangdonSharon has worked in NHS Mental Health Services in Oxfordshire since 1987, starting as a healthcare assistant in the Highfield Adolescent Unit before qualifying as an RMN in 1992. She has experience in acute in-patient care, community mental health, crisis services, and early intervention in psychosis. Since 2017, she has been a Clinical Practice Educator at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust focusing on staff and student training. A qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor she has been the MHFA Lead in Oxford Health since 2019. She also delivers Youth MHFA training for Oxfordshire Scout Leaders.
