It is part of a national initiative to ensure the UK is fully and honestly briefed on the climate crisis. More information about the film, the original briefings, and a map of alternative showings taking place all around the country can be found here: https://www.nebriefing.org/. The film is around 50 minutes long and presents the issues arising relating to climate change and the actions available to respond to the issue. The showing will be followed by an hour-long community discussion on the issues raised by the film. This discussion will be facilitated and moderated by Oxford University teaching staff with an interest in the topics. This event is free and open to all adults (the film is not suitable for under 16s).
