The Mindful Sketchbook with David Elliott

A reflective, two-hour workshop combining mindfulness and drawing exercises for a relaxed, creative and refreshing approach to still-life drawing.
This workshop will be led by artist and art psychotherapist David Elliott

Materials:
The following will be provided:
mixed paper
mixed pastels
pencils
objects for still life drawing
masking tape.
Please bring:
a sketchbook and/or loose paper
your preferred drawing/sketching materials
you may wish to bring your own objects for still life drawing
Accessibility: Our workshop space is on the first floor so participants will need to climb stairs.
