Recognised as a Senior Leader in Professional Services at the 2025 Black British Business Awards and named in the Empower Top 100 Executives list, Landé has built a career at the forefront of innovation, leadership and systemic change.She began her career as a City solicitor before moving in-house to BP, later founding one of the UK’s first virtual law firms, demonstrating early her commitment to innovation and inclusion. She has since held senior roles at Colt Technologies, American Express Global Business Travel and Brambles. She is currently Group Legal Director at Kantar, a global leader in marketing data, analytics and consulting firm, where she oversees the company’s worldwide employment legal operations. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy, risk management, and organisational culture.Parallel to her legal career, Landé has established a major presence in UK theatre, using the medium as a platform to amplify marginalised stories and drive socially conscious art. She founded the Initiative, which champions Black women in the arts, for which she won Best Producer and multi-category nominations in the 2024 Black British Theatre Awards.
