Parent carers can also explore local support through:•⁠ ⁠Workshops and information sessions•⁠ ⁠SEND Transformation updates•⁠ ⁠An Advice Clinic with book‑on‑the‑day appointments•⁠ ⁠Exhibition stalls from local services, charities and organisationsIt’s also a space to meet other parent carers, share experiences and build supportive networks.After lunch, the afternoon centres on World Café–style discussions. Parent carers and professionals will join themed tables Education, Health and Social Care to reflect on experiences, identify shared issues and develop constructive, realistic ways forward. Conversations will focus on broad themes rather than individual cases.The event is designed to be accessible, inclusive and flexible. You can move between spaces, take breaks and participate at your own pace.
