Take a peaceful pause from the holiday rush and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This immersive experience blends the deep relaxation of a sound bath with the meditative practice of a labyrinth experience.
Enjoy soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments as you journey through a classical (or handheld labyrinth)—an opportunity to release stress, find insight, and restore calm.
Open to all—no prior experience needed.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and an open heart.
