We would like to cordially invite you to the OTM Twelfth Night Party on Monday 5th January from 7-10pm at the Old Fire Station Cafe, Oxford.

The theme is ‘Ghosts of Christmas past, present and future!’ - and we invite you to dress festive, spooky or both! 

We have a few other things planned which are optional - the most important thing to bring is yourself.

1. A plate of nibbles. The OFS have kindly allowed us to bring our own nibbles to make a sharing buffet. We do have to take responsibility for our own allergy/intolerance information however, so if you have the time to make something - could you scribble down the ingredients and pop it on the plate - that would be really helpful.

2. A re-wrapped unwanted Christmas present. We’re bringing back the lucky dip to help all those unwanted presents find new homes!
It will be £1 per dip so bring some change if you'd like to delve into Santa's sack!

3. A cabaret act. We’re going to have an open-mic style cabaret (as it was so fabulous last year) so if you have a song/dance/poem/story/joke etc. that you’d be willing to share please email oxfordshiretheatremakersevents@gmail.com

4. Cold hard cash. Hiring the cafe will cost us £212.40 for the evening. This is a bargain as they’re opening the bar especially for us and it also means that we’re supporting a brilliant venue. Rather than sell tickets for the party (as we’d like as many theatre makers as possible to come) we’re asking for give-what-you-can donations. When you RSVP you will receive an email with instructions for how you can make your donation in advance by transfer. Alternatively, there will be a bucket at the door. If you can spare a small amount to help with the cost of the cafe that would be amazing!!
